I was on facebook today. I was trying to work out how to promote my book through it because facebook is meant to be a good marketing tool.
It seems once you start using email or online social networking, you have to check it every day for messages. It's very time consuming.
Computers are useful for publishing, stuff the readers sit back and read. But all this clicking to communicate online, it's not anything good. You're not learning anything. There are much better and enjoyable things to do like a hobby or sport.
