I receive a letter in the post from co-operative legal services. I open it and it says:
The third party (guy who drove into my car) appointed his own solicitor.
The insurers are unwilling to comment on liability.
There's been difficulty contacting the third party's solicitor.
This all means that it sounds like the guy who drove into my car asked hi buddies to be his solicitor rather than use his insurers solicitor.
His insurance company suspects something shady going on.
His solicitor is wondering what they are going to do now and are avoiding my solicitors.
It's sort of good news because it looks like he's up to something.
