I came up with some of my best writing while in Revolution in Fallowfield. It's partly because of a waitress who worked there. She loved her job, gave excellent customer service, she made the place run smoothly. Professional customer service made it a place you could always rely on getting the same quality.

Whatever your career, good customer service makes the world a better place. It can influence people to want to give good service themselves in future.
