The bars and nightclubs are starting to resemble the online social networking websites. Nights around Manchester are marketed as 'Manchester's sexiest student night'. There was a Baywatch foam party last week. Apparently the photos on the internet show women in their underwear sitting on the knees of guys in shorts. Maybe it's just all a lot of fun and no big deal. But at least it's interesting to notice how people act zany and crazy online - now they're copying that in the real world to meet each other. Rather than conversation and connecting with each other and fashion as part of going out - it's about being crazy, zany, and showy for the Facebook photos. The way people act is being affected by the internet.
