This project of building a lifestyle in a town or city is going well. I know the city well, have favourite places to go, it's enjoyable. It's different from the early days last September when me and Alex K would randomly visit venue after venue, although that was a lot of fun. Now I have venues where I know what to expect and can plan to go to - I can plan a night out down to the details and ensure quality entertainment.
I've got a girlfriend now, compared to dating ladies for a few weeks then dating someone else. For a lot of guys a girlfriend means they ignore their guy friends. It doesn't have to be like that.
When meeting a lady he gets on with, a guy might stop going out so much for a few months while he goes on dates. However, there's no reason why a guy shouldn't continue to expand his social circle.
It's great when classy guys who have girlfriends hang out with other guy friends at the pub. Be proud to have a girlfriend, career and hobbies.
